Orders

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place an order successfully.  

If you couldn’t receive the order confirmation e-mail, it means your e-mail system has blocked our notification e-mails.  

Some e-mail systems may recognize our notification e-mails as spam, and please kindly check if your mail system has blocked our notification e-mails.  

If your items have been shipped, you will receive an e-mail titled “A shipment from order #**** is on the way” to inform you that the package has been shipped. Just click “Track Your Order” button to get your package’s latest status. 

The order without tracking number means the package is waiting for shipment, and we will deal with it as soon as possible.   

If your items are not shipped, you can update your order by email us at
support@acornpick.com or
visit the Concat Us page to inform us. We will update your order at your request. 

But if you items are shipped, we are sorry that your order cannot be updated.  

If your items are not shipped or the items are lost on the way or damaged with evidence provided, you can cancel your order. Please email us at support@acorpick.com or visit the Contact Us page to cancel your order.

Payment

We accept PayPal only.  

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 2 business days after the buyers place the order. But it may be slow down due to the virus or force majeure.  

The shipping companies will be 4PX, YunExpress, or Yanwen.  

The shipping price is $4.99 for each order. Free shipping is offered for each order's price that is over $50. Tax will be paid by the buyers if needed.  

It usually takes 7 - 25 days for you to receive your items. But everything may slow down due to the virus or force majeure. We beg more of your patience to wait for it. Please view our shipping policy to get more details.

If your item has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail titled “A shipment from order #**** is on the way” to inform you that the item has been shipped. Just click “Track Your Order” button to get your package’s latest status.  

Returns & Refund

- Return is accepted with proper reasons only.

- Return request is accepted within 7 days after the items are delivered.  

- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items that have been sent back without proper reasons are not accepted.    

To start a return, you can contact us by e-mail at support@acornpick.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping address in the e-mail. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Then please ship the items to the address that provided in the e-mail when your return request is accepted. And please make a note with your order No. and the reasons for this return in your package.   

Once we receive your returned items that are in the same condition that you received, we will notify you by e-mail. Then we will refund you.    

- Products exchange is accepted with proper reasons only.

- Products exchange is accepted within 7 days after the items are delivered.  

- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items for exchange without proper reasons are not accepted.  

To start an exchange, you can contact us by e-mail at support@acornpick.com.  

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping address in the e-mail. Returned items for exchange that have been sent back without first requesting an exchange are not accepted.  

Then please ship the items to the address that provided in the e-mail when your exchange request is accepted. And please make a note with your order No. and  the reasons for this exchange in your package. 

Once we receive your returned items that are in the same condition that you received, we will resend you the new items at your request.  

Buyers should be paid for the shipping of the returned or exchanged items.   

You can get a refund in the following conditions: 

- You cancel your order before it is shipped. 

- You items are lost on the way with evidence provided.

- You items are damaged with evidence provided.
