Return and Refund
Return request is accepted within 7 days after the items are delivered.
Items can be returned in the following situation:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items that have been sent back without proper reasons are not accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The handling fee for returning is not needed. Shipping of returned items should be paid by buyers.
To start a return, you can contact us by e-mail at support@acornpick.com. We will reply to your e-mail within 2 business days. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping address in the e-mail. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please ship the items to the address that provided in the e-mail when your return request is accepted. And please make a note with your order No. and the reasons for this return in your package.
Once we receive your returned items that are in the same condition that you received, we will notify you by e-mail. Then we will refund you.
After we refund you, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and receive a confirmation e-mail. The maximum refund amount will not exceed the actual payment amount, the discounted price cannot be refunded.
Please remember it can take up to 30 days for your payment service provider to process. So you will receive the refund within 30 days. For more information, please contact your payment service provider.

Refund Without Return
If your items are lost on the way or damaged with evidence provided, please contact us by e-mail at support@acornpick.com to ask for a refund within 7 days.
We will reply to your e-mail within 2 business days and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and receive a confirmation e-mail. The maximum refund amount will not exceed the actual payment amount, the discounted price cannot be refunded.

Exchange Without Refund
Products exchange is accepted with proper reasons only. It is accepted within 7 days after the items are delivered.

Once we receive your returned items that are in the same condition that you received, we will resend you the new items at your request.
If we resend you a new item, it will be shipped within 5 business days after we received your returned items that are in the same condition that you received. Things may slow down due to the virus or some other force majeure.
When we send you the new item that you want, we will send you an e-mail.
